Problem with the fan

So this is a problem that I have had for a while, and a lot of mechanics have been on this.

It all started when my parents went on a 700 km trip with the A/C on for must of the trip. Before arrival the motorfail and service light turned on, but he was only 50 km away so he drove on. The fan would go really fast and the engine/service light would turn on.

The next day the same problem was there and he went to a mechanic. He checked it and changed the outside fan. On the way home, the next day, the temperature was all wrong in the system and the fan was going really fast.

When we stopped the car, it would be normal for 100-200 km and then the fan would go really fast again. The temperature on the car is normal (90°). When I got home I changed the outside temperature device and the Control box.

The temperature is now okay, but when I turn on my A/C the fan goes really fast again. I have used like 1500€ on this problem now, can someone help me. ?? English is my third language, so I apologize in advance.

What were the codes that were shown when the car was scanned? That would give you a clue on where to start looking. I have seen a few cars with this issue so try searching something like 'fan speed' or 'fan issue' in the "search community" bar at the top of the page.
