Gearbox drain and fill qustion

Hi all I have a peugeot 1.4 diesel 12 plate.

Question 1 can you fill it up threw the reverse switch the other breather one look complicated to slacken.

Question 2 I have to take the battery out to get to top of gearbox but don't seem to have a radio code for the radio should there be one or do I not need one. Is it just plug and play if you know what I mean.

Has someone started this forum up just to show pics of peugeot and other members to do the same as info on here is pants no replies whatsoever got a reply on another peugeot forum so joined that one will not be posting on here and recommending my peugeot customers to join the other peugeot forum
