Sorry I've searched loads of posts far and wide,
Recently picked up a 2013 208 gti,
Replaced the expansion tank, still leaking on the right hand side as your facing the car,
So passengers side in Ireland /UK,
Getting it looked at next week, not sure if I should buy what may be needed like a thermostat housing or water pump or even tensioner seal,
I've researched the common fault of the coolant leak.
I have to top it up very regularly and it's not something I want to be constantly checking.
Any advice would be great.
Love the car BTW, just want it mechanical perfect for its age.

I believe that the thermostat housing is usually the culprit. Its plastic and has various inlets and outlets within the same moulding. It is known that hairline fractures can appear causing the leak. I would look there before throwing cash at various parts.

Appreciate it buddy, will I need to biy a harness adapter, as I've seen a few posts in aussie frogs forum, they show the new housing with a new harness, totally different than original harness, it's only a tenner I think,

Not sure about the harness adapter mate. I would have assumed that it would be a direct swap if its an oem part.
