That orange service light can come on for a multitude of different things, Tyre pressures, parking sensor faults, temperature too low, lots of things, with no other lights, its not going to be easy to tell you what is wrong, try setting tyre pressures & resetting TPMS to start with. very rare that light comes on for the reason of a service is required

yeah they do have TPMS, not an optional extra, but they dont have sensor valves, its done via ABS system & you should check your tyre pressures at least once a week, especially during the winter & reset the TPMS

ok then it wont be TPMS causing it, you didnt say what year your car was, so i was just giving you a list of things that could cause the light to come on
