I have a podpoint at home to charge my e208.
I left it on charge overnight from range 48 miles and when I went to it this morning more than 12 hours later it said 5 minutes to go and I couldn't release the cable, At that time it was 31 degrees outside.
I waited to see if after 5 minutes it would switch off. It didn't.
I phoned Podpoint and after about 20 minutes got through,
It was a very bad line bit I managed to advise that I couldn't disconnect.
I was advised to cut off the power, so I switched off at my consumer unit, this had no effect
But i did see a unit by my meters which I thought looked new and it had a button to reset the unit.
I did this and I was able to disconnect.
Any one else had a similar experience ?
