Well, after 3 months wait, I have just collected my 208 1.2vti Allure in Morrocan Red. Looks splendid. Options fitted are folding mirrors,Sat Nav, and rear parking sensors(with the corner assist fog lights). After a short drive, I love the steering wheel, have no trouble seeing the dials, pedals in a decent position, feels comfitable. I was expecting it to feel slow, but am suprised how well it pulls.Niggles ? The gear change is a long throw, but OK. I wish they had fitted rear brake discs.....drums are a bit 20th century !So, will see how it all works out when I can give it a longer drive. A black mark for the dealer in not putting much petrol in it, and also to Peugeot for not making it clear about the service intervals......1 year it is.

Fuel is so expensive these days it's often used as a negotiating point
