Sat Nav froze whilst in centre of Wolverhampton - radio froze as well. Couldn't turn either off. Turned engine off, waited 10 secs, restarted engine - fault had not cleared.

3 hours later when returned to vehicle, the fault had cleared itself and Sat Nav & radio were now ok. I know screen freezes are a common problem, and some have been replaced. Has anyone any ideas - or does it mean a trip to the dealer?

Hi John, you could always try pressing and holding the Mode and Menu buttons together for a few seconds. This normally resets the touchscreen. Failing this I think a trip to the dealer may be called for to check which version of firmware you have and to update it if possible.
