Hi guys,

my wife's 13-reg 208 Intuitive has its brake lights stuck on constantly.

I've read that this could be the brake light switch (rather than anything more complicated), but I'm not sure where to find it / how to test it.

I can see a switch on the clutch in the driver's footwell, but not the brake pedal one.
The brake pedal has a bar transferring the movement into the passenger footwell (like in the 206), but there's a lot of plastic parts in the way!

All suggestions very much appreciated.

Seems excessive.

Plus we both work full-time, and losing an afternoon or more of holiday / pay isn't exactly convenient.

Follow up.

AA man came to work car-park (free as part of Peugeot Assistance), physically removed the switch and then the battery for a full minute, to no avail.

Am going to have to take it to a dealer in my lunch break. :(

edit: Dealer mechanics did reprogram, but don't know what was wrong.
