with my focal comps up front today i plan on fitting my focal co-axials in the rear.
all running from original pug wiring.
Grey Font Audio equipment Gas Electronic component
Rectangle Wood Fashion accessory Metal Paper product
Rectangle Asphalt Gas Wood Automotive exterior

fitting the fronts i noticed less volume from them (using up precious power )
i could hear the rears over powering them.
no problemo!!
so ive ordered a iso to iso with a T output.
this will give me all the outputs i need to wire in my bit 10 sound processor.
so im making a harness that connects the bit 10 to the iso lead in the dash.
also ive ordered a sub wiring kit
i allready have a fuse box for the + and a - box.
now im looking for a pair of under seat subs as i dont want a boom box in the boot.

well the rear focals are in,sounding way better.
jesus, what a game it was getting access to them.
10 panels to remove
remove rear seats and all rear seat belt mounts.
be prepared for some damaged clips as you pull panels off.
i bought 2 packs of 10 in the popular peugeot door clips.
glad i did as i used a few of them.
time to enjoy my music

no pics today.
but ive been working hard sourcing bits i need to finish my install off.
today i cleaned out the tyrewell area and completely covered it in soundproofing.
i got 2 offcuts of 18mm mdf.
with the spare removed ive cut a mdf panel to use as a base for my amps tier mount.
jigsaw went kaput during finishing the lower panel, now i have a new jigsaw to finish off the other panel.
i have made 2 x 5 meter looms for power/speakers to amps from headunit.
still loads to do,its so time consuming.

i thought this project would have interested more people.
anyway, the project is coming to an end.
amps/processor/pos and neg feeds are all fitted and wired up and is in the car.
4 gauge fused wire has been installed, powering the new boot fusebox.
4 gauge earth strap to a negative connector block.
ive made 3 harnesses:
1,output from 4ch amp to hu
2,power inputs to run bit 10 and remote feed.
3,4 speaker output from hu to the bit 10
the 3 looms are all plug n play

further update
i bought a used edge subwoofer
wired it all up and the bass is booming on its lowest setting.
but its taking up 50% of my boot space.
so ive bought 1 used kenwood underseat sub
il replace it with the edge sub tomorrow
ive also ordered another kenwood underseat sub,new 1 this time.
each sub comes with a wired remote.
ive found a hack, and ordered parts,so i can conrol both subs with 1 remote.
my 4ch genesis amps being picked up tomorrow to get a wopping £300 service, you cant mess with technology,or can you?
my amp will get a full bench test/replace any failed parts/then get a new updated 2021 motherboard giving better definition, better quality sound and a 2 year warranty

Looks like it's going to turn out awesome. Had a "system" in mine a few years back but i took it all out and went back stock. I really missed it so I'm starting to put things back(properly this time) and i cant wait to hear the end result when I'm finally done. Would be interested in seeing some more pics when you are fully done with the build

Simillar to my setup then,i fitted 2 kenwood underseat subs, they work well.
Linking them to 1 remote, part coming fron china,so not here yet,i have both cables to the amps to remote control them.
Stock radio yes
Running stereo off a 2 Chanel amp atm.
My 4ch amp returns to me on tuesday £300 service.
Much to my demise, focal do a custom speaker kit for the 208,
I modded my speakers to fit,i have lots of bass with my focals but with only a 3 band peugeot eq i cant control output correctly.
My trusty audison bit 10 has 32 preset perameters per zone
