have a new 208 13 plate, noticed the last few mornings on the drive a small pool of water,
is this something to do with the air con being on during this heatwave, or do I have a leak and need to get car looked at by dealer?

Hi Scooby, I've noticed a small pool of water under the front of my 1.2 Active recently but only after Ihave been using the A/C in the warm weather. Dealer says this is normal and is just condensation from the air conditioning unit. I've checked the fluid levels and these are all OK so I'm happy with the dealer's explanation.

Yes, when the weather is warm with high humidity, the air conditioning cools the air and some moisture is condensed, and comes out of the drain. Not a lot and you will only notice it if the car is parked for a while, engine either idling or stopped. All air conditioners do it, including the system in my house. Waters a couple of pot plants all summer.
