Who has had the 4 week check? Is it work asking the dealer to change the oil at this check?

I know it's not due, but I think 20k between services is a little too much.

Hi, the four week check is just so that the dealer can make sure that nothing is leaking or has come loose. Your engine oil only needs to be changed after the stipulated mileage or after 12 months whichever occurs first.

This 4 week check thing is just so the dealer can check your car over. It's not mandatory. I didn't have it due to buying my car from a dealer far far away. However I will be doing my own service at the 6 month point.

AS a six month service is not on the Peugeot schedule, I assume your warranty will not be affected, but will you take it to the dealer for the 12 month service?

I think I will change oil at approx 1500 miles and then stick to the service schedule every year as the missus will prob only do 8-9k a year anyhow.
