Hi,

I thinking of getting some 18" for my 208.
But I am quite unsure about the off-set, I found some nice alloys I can get quite cheap (Mak Tuono), but the off-set on them are 15.

Anyone got some experience with different alloys and off-sets?

Thanks

in my 208 I installed the OEM from 308cc, which is Licancabur 18x8.

That was a pain because its offset is 34 and is too inwards and touch the shock absorber. So I had to add spacers. Started with 5mm and it worked fine to clear from shocks, but when driving and twisting the car chassis, it touched the rear shocks.

So I got hubcentric ones which were 12mm and it got too outwards, touch the wheel arch.

As I had no plan to lower suspension I left that way. I'm trying to sell my Licancaburs to look for another 18 but in this case I would prefer 18x7 and not 18x8 as it will be a problem anyway.
