'morning,

my 1.4 HDI went into limp mode this morning as I was getting off the motorway at the end of my 35 mile commute.

The emission symbol came on, with the warning saying "repair needed".

Limped into the local dealership I bought the car from, and diagnostics suggested a turbo pressure failure. They are keeping the car for a couple of days to investigate.

The car will be 1 yo next week, although I have only had it since the begining of January (it was the parts manager's car at the local dealer before that).

The car is not driven hard and has done just over 13,000 miles.

Has anyone suffered a similar problem?

Follow up: Got car back today. Problem was a jammed turbo solenoid.

Me too!
I was a bit disappointed that the car had not been washed or vacuumed though... is that not the standard these days?

We took my wife's Fiesta in a couple of weeks ago for service at Vospers in Torquay and they washed it and hoovered it out. I pick up my 208 a week tomorrow so I can't comment on Peugeot service but as it's the same workshop that covers Ford and Peugeot I hope so! lol :)
