Armrest Retrofit

£86 sounds a lot but to be fair it takes nearly an hour to fit and main dealers houry rates are pretty high. That said I'm glad I didn't pay £86 to get it fitted!There is a rubber smell but it's not overbearing. ...

Good job, I should have took some pics when I did mine, but was rushing because I was doing it at work. Peugeot quoted me £86 to fit! My one has a really strong rubber smell when I open it does yours?I don't find it a problem reaching for the handbrake but I do have ape length arms. ...

No with the arm rest up it's just as easy as if it wasn't there really.I'm used to having an armrest in my cars so I don't mind the sacrifice of it being a bit awkward for the handbrake for the comfort it offers when sitting on the motorway etc. It's only covered in vinyl not leather so it could be better but it will do me. ...
